Janet Dixon

Janet Dixon joined the Clinton County Port Authority Board in October 2025 where she is a member of the Economic Development and Marketing Committees. A graduate of East Clinton, Janet lives in the eastern part of Clinton County with her husband, Randy.  She retired from Peoples Bank where she served as an Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer for 28 years.  She was named an Outstanding Woman of Clinton County in 2018.  Janet has served the community as a volunteer and board member of the Clinton County Foundation, as well as President of The Legacy Fund, since it’s inception.
