Clinton County Workforce Development Coordinator (Clinton County Workforce Collaborative)

Under administrative direction, the Clinton County Workforce Development Coordinator serves as the countywide “backbone” lead for the Clinton County Workforce Collaborative (CCWC), championing workforce development efforts across Clinton County and ensuring a coordinated, measurable, and equitable system of career exploration, career pathways, and work-based learning (WBL). The Coordinator provides a single point of coordination for partners, builds and maintains employer engagement with K-12 partners, strengthens and supports district implementation of a range of WBL opportunities, and supports the mission, vision, goals, and operations of the CCWC. 

The Coordinator is an employee of the Southern Ohio Educational Service Center (SOESC), and reports to  the SOESC Superintendent or designee with strategic direction and feedback from the CCWC Steering Committee.
