The annual Clinton County Job & Community Resource Fair will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, during Ohio’s “In-Demand Jobs Week.” The Fair will be open to the public from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Expo Building at the Clinton County Fairgrounds (958 W. Main Street, Wilmington).

Nearly 30 local businesses will be at the Fair promoting over 700 open employment positions, ranging from entry level, food service, and general labor to healthcare, education, finance, aviation, and more:

Attendees can also take advantage of on-the-spot interview support through Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD). The OOD team will be set up on-site with their large mobile unit, providing a private space for employers to conduct open interviews with interested candidates. OOD will also offer "Pitch Perfect" - an opportunity for job fair attendees to work on and get feedback on their 60-second Elevator Speech when meeting with employers.

In addition to the hiring businesses, 25 community resource organizations will also be in attendance providing information about their services - ranging from childcare, education, disability and veterans services, mental and behavioral health, and more. These organizations will also be promoting available volunteer opportunities.

The Wilmington Transit System will offer rides at no cost to individuals traveling to and from the Job & Community Resource Fair. Those wishing to participate must schedule the ride at least 24 hours in advance through the Transit System. This free service will only be available within the City limits with direct travel to and from the Fair. Rides should be reserved  by calling (937) 382-7961.

This year's Job & Community Resource Fair is generously sponsored by Ohio Living Cape May, Southern State Community College, TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital, TWR Excavation, Episcopal Retirement Services, and Wilmington College.

The annual Job & Community Resource Fair is a program of the Clinton County Workforce Collaborative, an initiative of the Clinton County Port Authority, the Southern Ohio Educational Service Center, OhioMeansJobs Clinton County, and the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce.
